Personal Training

During the initial assessment our practitioner will examine spine function, range of motion, exercise function, as well as a detailed review of current and previous injuries. Special consideration is taken for previous surgeries or back pain. Afterwards we develop a full program of stretching and corrective strength exercises which bring the body back to alignment and “normal” function. Finally, we develop custom performance exercises to strengthen sport specific muscle groups.

One-on-One Private Sessions:
If you want to lose weight, get healthy and/or build muscle, hiring a personal trainer can be a step in the right direction. A good trainer can help you set up a program that meets your goals and teaches you the best way to exercise.
