Start your recovery right away by sitting in our Recovery Boots just after a class. Our state-of-the-art Recovery Boots use Sequential Intermittent Pneumatic Compression (SIPC) to decrease muscle soreness and improve recovery. Learn more about the Recovery Boot and the science behind them here.

Plus, when you schedule a Recovery Session just after a class, we’ll give you a discount for doing so. Cost is only 10 points on your Power Pass.
