Class Schedule Expanding for Winter

We have expanded our Winter class schedule at Powered by Bowen. With shorter days and cooler, wetter weather, you have lots of indoor options for cycling and strength training.

Find out why many of our clients are regulars in our Indoor Cycling Class. With morning, midday, evening and weekend classes available, you’re sure to find times that easily fit into your busy schedule. Our Indoor Cycling Classes are customized for you based on your personal power output, so you get an individualized workout in a fun group setting.

One of the best kept secrets for improving cycling and running performance is core and functional strength. Our 30 Minute Core Classes are conveniently scheduled to piggyback with our Indoor Cycling Classes so that in 90 minutes you can get some valuable core work in along with your aerobic training.

Our Body Power + class is an incredible workout that improves overall functional strength, giving you more control, efficiency and power in your sport. Incorporating body weight strength training along with fast movements like box jumps, Bart will give you an hour of power guaranteed to make you faster and stronger.

We all know gentle stretching helps us recover and stay injury free, but sometimes have a difficult time making it a regular part of our routine. Our RPM Yoga class is specifically tailored to busy athletes who don’t need an hour of strength poses. This 60-minute restorative class is only $5 (or 5 points on your Power Pass). RPM Yoga will help you maintain and Restore Proper Movement efficiently and affordably.
