30 Minute Core (5 points)

Our Core Class strengthens you from the inside out.  By strengthening your core, you improve your posture on the bike so you can ride faster.  Our 30-minute Core Class is an efficient way to add strength training to your Powered by Bowen workout.

Optimize your time at Powered by Bowen by adding a Core Class to your Indoor Cycling Class, and in 90 minutes you’ll have worked on endurance and core strength.  We schedule our Core Class around the Indoor Cycling Classes to make it easy for you to attend.  Classes are 30 minutes long, and are valued at only 5 points on your Power Pass!

 

30 Minute Core Schedule – Winter 2012

Morning Classes:  Tue/Thu from 6 to 6:30 a.m.

Midday Classes:  Wednesday from 11:30 to Noon

Evening Classes:  Wednesday from 4:30 to 5 p.m.
