RPM Yoga (5 points)
Maybe you’ve tried yoga. Maybe you liked it, but can’t fit it into an already busy schedule. Maybe you were surprised at how sore you were afterward, and realized you don’t need another strength training workout. Or maybe you just don’t like getting too woo-woo for an entire hour. This is the yoga for you.
Our RPM Yoga class is designed specifically for our clients who already train, and need to incorporate more gentle stretching into their routine to help with active recovery, but without requiring a lot of time. RPM stands for Restore Proper Movement, and this restorative yoga class is perfect for cyclists, runners and triathletes. Class is only 30 minutes long and 5 points on your Power Pass.
