RPM Yoga for Athletes

RPM stands for Restore Proper Movement. Even if you’ve tried yoga before and haven’t stayed with it–either because it was too time consuming or because it incorporated too many strength poses and left you sore–we created RPM Yoga especially for Powered by Bowen clients. This is not yoga for strength, but restorative yoga for active recovery. And, it’s only 30 minutes long, so you can do the stretching you know you need to do without committing a lot of time to your already busy schedule.
