Our practitioners have the skills to alleviate any strength imbalance related injury. During the initial assessment our practitioner will examine spine function, range of motion, exercise function, as well as a detailed review of current and previous injuries. Special consideration is taken for previous surgeries or back pain. Afterwards we develop a full program of stretching and corrective strength exercises which bring the body back to alignment and “normal” function. Finally, we develop custom performance exercises to strengthen sport specific muscle groups.
