			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Junior athletes: need a super fun way to not only stay in shape, but improve your fitness, throughout the summer? Check out our <a href="http://www.poweredbybowen.com/sports-camps-clinics/junior-training-camps/">Junior Training Camps</a> for athletes in grades 8 through 12. These four-week camps are designed to be as entertaining and fun as they are beneficial, highlighted by a weekly Team Survivor Challenge, where teams will compete against each other on a rope course, mountain biking, standup paddle boarding, frisbee golf and other awesome activities.</p>
<p>With five sessions per week, our Junior Training Camps will include functional core and strength work, aerobic fitness, endurance, balance and more. <a href="http://www.poweredbybowen.com/sports-camps-clinics/junior-training-camps/">Click here to see the weekly schedule of workouts.</a></p>

<p>Our Women&#8217;s 201 is designed for the intermediate rider who wants to improve their group riding skills and perhaps prepare for bicycle racing. Our rides will take place on Saturdays at 9 a.m. with different meeting places depending on the rides. Riders may opt to do one or all four rides in the clinic. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our <strong>Mini Duathlon Series</strong> is back for Spring 2012! These super fun training races will prepare you for upcoming multi-sport competitions with computer-simulated bike courses followed by your choice of a 3K or 5K outside run.</p>
<p>Our first Mini Duathlon was sold out, and we&#8217;re adding third heat to help make more of you even stronger and faster.  Conveniently scheduled on Wednesday evenings, each race will have three heats:  4:15 p.m., 5:15 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.  There are eight spots available in each heat. Prizes for the winner of each race, and the overall series winner, will be awarded.</p>
<p>For each Mini Duathlon, we&#8217;ll simulate bike courses from some of your favorite local races for the approximate 20K bike leg on our CompuTrainers. We&#8217;ll then take you outside for your choice of two fun running courses, either a 3K or 5K.</p>
<p>Cost per race for adults is 15 points on your <strong><a href="http://www.poweredbybowen.com/about-rebound-spl/power-pass/">Power Pass</a></strong>, or a one-time charge of $15 if you do not want to purchase a Power Pass. Cost for Juniors is $10.</p>

Even if you&#8217;ve tried yoga before and haven&#8217;t stayed with it–either because it was too time consuming or because it incorporated too many strength poses and left you sore–we created RPM Yoga especially for Powered by Bowen clients. This is not yoga for strength, but <strong>restorative yoga for active recovery</strong>. And, it&#8217;s only 30 minutes long, so you can do the stretching you know you need to do without committing a lot of time to your already busy schedule.</p>
<p>RPM Yoga is taught by multisport athlete Shellie Heggenberger, and is tailored for runners, cyclists and triathletes.
