Women’s Cyclocross Training Group

Want to learn about the addictive sport of cyclocross? Or refine your skills in a supportive atmosphere? Check out our Women’s Cyclocross Training Group! This comprehensive, season-long session includes a weekly workout coached by Joanne Eastwood on Wednesday evenings at 5:15. Workouts will include skills training and intervals, and will be conducted outside, weather permitting. (We’ll move inside for CompuTrainer workouts if inclement weather or lack of daylight impede outdoor workouts.)

The Women’s Cyclocross Training Group also includes a weekly, written training program with prescribed workouts to improve strength, endurance and agility. Program begins September 1, 2013, and runs through November 17.

Joanne Stevens is a certified USA Cycling Coach and USA Triathlon Coach. Space for the Women’s Cyclocross Training Group is limited. Pre-registration is $99 before August 12. After that, registration is $125 per person. Call 541.848.3691 for more details!
